Lives captured and frozen in time in b/w pics taken the same day, same photographer.  What did they have in common? The Second Fret, a most awesome coffeehouse. The gentleman to the right became an amazing and well known blues guitarist and singer, Philadelphia Jerry Ricks. He was then working at The Second Fret, booking acts, and where as a high school student I had my first coffee. Joni Mitchell, Arlo Guthrie and many others had some pre-prime time at The Fret. Those were some good times.
