I’m tired due to severe pain from recent fall on coccyx. OUCH!! This follows femur fracture, car crashing into me , and several falls. I’ve asked for magnesium glycinate  and D and others and NO:::has the doctor ordered?? Nope and they won’t help me get them and they won’t allow them. Life is not like this in places like Palo Alto.(and I love Santa Cruz, maybe this is a facility “virus”: profit over people.

I’ve decided the best thing to do is leave. I shall be exiting stage left as soon as this damaged and very hurting body can get out of here. But first, how will this facility retaliate for this outing of their very distressing “healing”  ..Not even a cup of tea available tonight.

I have no car, and a lot of pain…..a conundrum.
